Subscription Terms

Scope

These Subscription Terms apply to paid A Event 4U plans, auto-renewable subscriptions, premium features, in-app purchases, and related paid services offered by Whisper AiML under the A Event 4U brand. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What a Subscription Provides

A subscription may provide access to messaging, organizational tools, assigned numbers, notifications, integrations, higher usage limits, support tools, or other premium capabilities described at the time of purchase.

Available features, limits, pricing, and plan names may vary by platform, region, account type, and marketplace configuration.

Direct Web Subscriptions

Direct web subscriptions, where available, are processed through Stripe checkout. Current direct web plans are paid subscriptions and do not include a free trial unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise before purchase.

Plan names and prices for web subscriptions are shown at checkout and may change without prior notice where law permits.

Pricing is in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, carrier fees, messaging fees, and additional usage fees may apply. Additional voice usage is currently listed at $0.04 per minute where applicable.

Mobile App Billing and Renewal

If you purchase a A Event 4U subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription through your Apple Account. For App Store subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase.
  • Deleting the app or stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Apple may provide purchase, renewal, price change, billing issue, refund, and cancellation notices according to Apple's App Store policies.

If you purchase a A Event 4U subscription through Google Play or another Android app marketplace, that marketplace may process the payment and manage the subscription through your marketplace account. For Google Play subscriptions:

  • Payment may be charged through your Google Account or other Google Play billing method when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings after purchase.
  • Deleting the app or stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Direct web subscriptions can be managed or canceled through Stripe account or customer portal tools where available. If you cannot access a cancellation tool, contact support@aevent4u.com with the account and checkout details needed to identify the subscription.

Canceling a direct web subscription generally stops future renewals and paid feature access continues until the end of the current paid period unless Stripe, a written agreement, or applicable law requires a different result.

Deleting an account, deleting the app, removing a team member, or stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

To manage or cancel an App Store subscription, open the Settings app on your Apple device, tap your Apple Account, select Subscriptions, choose A Event 4U, and follow Apple's instructions.

We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf because Apple controls App Store subscription billing and cancellation.

To manage or cancel a Google Play subscription, open Google Play, go to Payments and subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose A Event 4U, and follow Google's instructions where available. We cannot cancel a marketplace-managed subscription from our systems because the marketplace controls billing and cancellation.

Renewal, Failed Billing, and Account Access

Pricing, billing interval, and any eligible paid promotional offer are shown at purchase and may be determined by Stripe, Apple, Google, another marketplace, account history, region, plan, or platform.

Unless canceled before the current billing period ends, a subscription may automatically renew at the price shown at purchase.

If billing fails, a subscription expires, or a payment provider reports an inactive billing status, paid features may be limited, suspended, or ended. We may also limit features if use creates carrier, messaging, abuse, security, or legal risk.

Refunds

App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process. Google Play purchase refunds are handled by Google under Google's refund process. For purchases made through any marketplace, refund requests should be submitted through that marketplace's refund tools.

Direct web subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law, required by Stripe or a payment network rule, stated in a written agreement, or approved byA Event 4U.

Price and Plan Changes

We may change plan names, features, prices, usage limits, or subscription offerings from time to time. Direct web changes may be shown in Stripe checkout, account tools, email, invoices, or other reasonable notices. For marketplace subscriptions, Apple, Google, or another marketplace may notify you of price changes and may require consent where required by marketplace rules or applicable law.

Usage Limits and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the right plan, keeping billing information current, managing users and access, and complying with consent, privacy, carrier, messaging, SMS, voice, and acceptable use requirements that apply to your communications. Included minutes and limits do not waive legal or platform obligations.

Enterprise and Organization Plans

Organization, business, enterprise, carrier, SMS, voice, or direct-billed plans may be governed by separate written agreements, order forms, or invoices. Those written terms control over these Subscription Terms for the covered account if they conflict.
