App Store Privacy Details

Apple requires developers to disclose data collection practices in App Store Connect. A Event 4U may collect data linked to a user, including contact information, identifiers, user content, diagnostics, usage data, purchase information, and communications content when needed to provide the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising unless a separate notice and required consent are provided.

Push Notifications, SMS, and Voice

A Event 4U uses push notification tokens to deliver app alerts and call-related notifications. SMS, MMS, voice features may involve phone numbers, message bodies, call metadata, delivery receipts, device tokens, and routing information. These details are used to provide requested communication features.

SMS Consent and Messaging Data

When you use A Event 4U to verify an account or send event-related text messages, we may process phone numbers, verification codes, message content, recipient replies, delivery status, opt-out or help requests, carrier responses, and related metadata. We use this information to deliver requested messages, manage message state, honor preferences, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery issues.

If you send event invites, reminders, RSVPs, or similar texts through the Service, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent and keeping records required by law or carrier rules.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. These providers may include:

Twilio for conversations, SMS, and related communications delivery infrastructure.
Stripe for direct web subscription checkout, invoices, payment status, and related billing records.
